Descriptive writing

Somewhere in the coldest place on earth sits an icy island with a castle  on it. The island is surrounded by a lake. Mountains reflecting on the lake like a mirror checking themselves out.The mist spreading  like butter on bread. Clouds fluffy like a cotton ball shredded in the sky.

Sharks

The shark's skin is slippery and slimy. 
It's a giant, great white.
It's teeth are shiny and sharp like a dinosaur, eyes as black as space. Water splashing out of deep, blue ocean.
The tail longer then a ruler, fins as grey as lint out of a pencil.
I wonder why its splashing out of the water? I think it may be catching its prey.
